全球经济一体化,这是时代的大趋势。在这种大背景下,就高职烹饪教育来说,应该具有国际化的意识,才能够适应时代对各行各业提出的新要求。就目前来说,在新形势下,如何对高职烹饪教育进行改革,笔者就从高职烹饪教育,必须渗透国际化意识,必须切实加强学生能力培养,以及改革与创新教学方法,加强“双师”队伍建设四个层面给予阐述,以期达到促进高职烹饪教育的改革的深入展开。
Global economic integration, which is the general trend of the times. In this context, as far as vocational cooking education is concerned, we should have an international awareness so as to be able to adapt to the new demands put forth by the times for all walks of life. For the moment, under the new situation, how to reform the higher vocational education of cooking, the author must penetrate the consciousness of internationalization from the higher vocational education of cooking. We must effectively strengthen the cultivation of students’ abilities, reform and innovate the teaching methods, Double division "team building four levels to elaborate, in order to achieve the promotion of higher vocational education reform in-depth development.
