本文扼要地介绍了表面振动光谱研究的一些新进展,着重阐明研究表面吸附分子结构的三种表面振动光谱方法,其中包括反射红外光谱(IRRS),低能电子损失谱(EELS)和非弹性电子隧道谱(IETS)的基本原理、方法及其应用。
This article briefly introduces some recent advances in the study of surface vibration spectroscopy and focuses on three surface vibration spectroscopic methods for studying surface adsorption molecular structures including IRRS, EELS and Inelastic Electron Tunneling The basic principle, method and application of spectrum (IETS).
