目的探讨有机磷农药中毒出现呼吸衰竭、呼吸肌麻痹、呼吸停止,在有创机械通气下,直达喉镜导丝胃管引入洗胃术的创新。方法 9例重度有机磷农药中毒患者出现呼吸衰竭、呼吸肌麻痹、呼吸停止,在气管插管、机械通气下,常规方法胃管不能插入胃内洗胃,传统方法为切腹造瘘洗胃,方法复杂,极易延误抢救时机,我们在临床工作中探索改良为有创机械通气下直达喉镜导丝胃管引入洗胃,达到了救治的目的。结果 9例中毒患者全部顺利完成洗胃。
Objective To explore the innovation of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the treatment of respiratory failure, respiratory muscle paralysis, respiratory arrest, gastric lavage with laryngoscope guide wire under invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods Nine cases of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients respiratory failure, respiratory muscle paralysis, respiratory arrest, tracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation, gastric tube gastric lavage can not be inserted in the traditional method of laparotomy gastric lavage, the traditional method Complex, easily delayed rescue opportunity, we explore in clinical work for the improvement of invasive mechanical laryngoscope direct laryngeal guide wire gastric lavage, to achieve the purpose of treatment. Results All 9 cases of poisoning patients completed gastric lavage successfully.
