目的:总结系统性红斑狼疮患者的护理要点,找到最合适系统性红斑狼疮患者的护理方法。方法:选择XX院40例系统性红斑狼疮的患者作为研究对象,采用随机方式分成对照级及研究组,各20例。对照组采用的是常规系统性红斑狼疮护理方法,研究组则在对照组的基础上融入了个性化的特殊护理。对比两组的护理关键发生率及患者的满意度。结果:研究组的护理差错发生率明确低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;且患者对护理的满意度也明确优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:注意观察患者病情、严格开展药物护理,加大对患者的个性护理等对于患者缓解病情所起的作用十分巨大。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the main points of care for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and to find the most suitable nursing method for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods: Forty patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in XX hospital were selected as study subjects, and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional systemic lupus erythematosus care, the research group in the control group based on the integration of personalized special care. The critical incidence of care and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of nursing errors in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The patients’ satisfaction with nursing was clearly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Pay attention to observe the patient’s condition, strictly carry out drug care, increase the patient’s individual care for patients to alleviate the condition plays a huge role.
