文章简述了基于多目标决策的水资源可持续承载力分析评价方法,构建了多目标水资源承载力数学模型,提出了综合评价指标与分类系统。以郑州市为研究对象,分基本和节水两种方案对郑州市水资源承载力进行了定量计算和定性分析评价,结果表明,郑州市为资源性缺水,2020年以后水资源将成为制约其经济社会发展的主要因素,最后给出了提升水资源承载力的对策。本研究成果对郑州市经济社会发展具有重要的参考价值。
This paper briefly describes the method of water resources sustainable capacity analysis and evaluation based on multi-objective decision-making, constructs a mathematical model of multi-objective water resources carrying capacity and puts forward a comprehensive evaluation index and classification system. Taking Zhengzhou city as the research object, this paper carried out quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis on the water resources carrying capacity of Zhengzhou City. The results showed that water resources in Zhengzhou would be a water shortage after 2020, and water resources would become a constraint after 2020 The main factors of its economic and social development, and finally gives the countermeasures to enhance the carrying capacity of water resources. The results of this research have important reference value for the economic and social development of Zhengzhou.
