目的探讨情景模拟教学应用于紧急调配库护理人员培训的效果。方法对紧急调配库45名护理人员采用情景模拟教学方法进行培训,比较培训前后护理人员的理论知识和操作技能水平,并采用自行设计的问卷调查护理人员的自我评价情况。结果培训后,理论考核及操作技能考核合格率较培训前均提高,80%以上的护理人员认可情景模拟教学的效果。结论情景模拟教学提高了护理人员的专业水平、应急处理能力,培养了护理人员良好的心理素质,激发了护理人员的学习兴趣,通过多角度、多层次的互动,开发护理人员的潜能,培养评判性思维,及时有效地协调医、护、患的关系,是一种符合培养现代化护理人才要求的培训模式。
Objective To explore the effect of situational simulation teaching on nurses training in emergency deployment library. Methods 45 nurses in emergency deployment library were trained by using situational simulation teaching methods. The theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nurses before and after training were compared. Self-evaluation of nursing staff was conducted by self-designed questionnaire. Results After the training, the passing rate of theoretical assessment and operational skills assessment was higher than that before training, and more than 80% of nurses recognized the effect of scenario simulation teaching. Conclusion Scenario simulation teaching improved the nursing staff’s professional level and emergency response ability, trained the nursing staff’s good psychological quality, stimulated the nursing staff’s interest in learning, and developed nurses’ potential through multi-angle and multi-level interaction to train the judges Sexual thinking, timely and effective coordination of medical, nursing, suffering from the relationship is a training model in line with the requirements of training modern nursing personnel.
