在项目建设时期,塔石化档案管理人员制定、优化了设备资料管理流程,严格资料管理制度,实现了设备资料档案管理目标的完整性、准确性、系统性。2007年9月20日塔里木石化大化肥项目开始建设,2009年9月28日完成中交。2年的时间内几乎每天都有数十台设备在进行开箱验收,而档案资料中心设备资料主管岗仅有一个人负责设备资料的管理,保证档案库里台台设备都有齐全的设备资料,是一个艰巨的工作任务。档案资料中心制定了设备资料管理流程,形成了一套完善的设备资料管理方法,实现了设备资料归档率达百分之百的管理目标。
