楼房建筑的新型空调系统,蓄热式热泵的利用引起人们的重视,这就是在夜间利用蓄热槽为空调房间蓄存了必要的热量,(夏季蓄热槽供给7℃左右的冷水,冬季供给45℃左右的温水),这些冷、温水供白天空调系统使用。蓄热系统具有的特点,如夏季运行模型实例(图1)所示,用夜间蓄热运转所积存的冷量,补偿白天冷气负荷相当的一部分,为此,没有必要将热源设备的容量与建筑物的最大热负荷相一致,这样不仅利用单价便宜的夜间电力,而就基本费用来说也能有所降低。
