本文对598名接触噪声工人和136名不接触噪声工人(对照组)进行了短时记忆力(包括数字、图画和联想记忆)、注意力(剂量作业试验)和反应时(视觉运动反应)试验,结果表明:短时记忆力除联想记忆外,数字记忆及图画记忆,观察组与对照组之间差别无显著性。注意力,观察组工人的错误率高于对照组,差别有高度显著性(p<0.01);反应时,观察组工人的反应时长于对照组工人,差别有显著性(p<0.05)。因此,我们认为注意力和反应时对反映大脑皮质功能状态有一定的价值,可作为今后接触噪声工人体检的参考性指标。
In this paper, short-term memory (including figures, drawings and associative memory), attention (Dose Assignment Test) and reaction time (visual motor response) tests were conducted on 598 workers exposed to noise and 136 workers exposed to noise (control group) The results showed that there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group except for associative memory, digital memory and picture memory. Attention, the error rate of the observation group workers was higher than that of the control group, the difference was highly significant (p <0.01); reaction time, reaction time of the observation group workers was longer than that of the control group workers, the difference was significant (p <0.05). Therefore, we think that attention and reaction have certain value for reflecting the functional status of cerebral cortex and can be used as a reference index for the physical examination of exposed noise workers in the future.
