采用化学成分分析、硬度测定、断口分析、金相检验及综合分析等方法对大型箱体动模进行分析。结果表明,材料中存在锋利、多角块状碳化物、成分偏析、组织粗大,三者共同作用导致大型箱体动模早期失效。
The chemical composition analysis, hardness measurement, fracture analysis, metallographic examination and comprehensive analysis were used to analyze the dynamic model of large box. The results show that the material has sharp, multi-corner massive carbides with segregation of components and coarse structure. The combined action of the three leads to the early failure of the large-scale box dynamic model.
