近年来,安徽省芜湖供电公司建立了预防负面新闻的常态机制、应对负面新闻的管理机制和消除负面新闻的应急机制。2002年以来,该公司没有发生严重影响企业形象的负面新闻。公司制定了《应对负面报道实施方案》,根据“统一领导、分级负责、预防为主、及时处置”的应对原则,把握好事前预防、事中控制和事后化解几个环节。
In recent years, Anhui Wuhu Power Supply Company has established a normal mechanism to prevent negative news, a management mechanism to deal with negative news and an emergency mechanism to eliminate negative news. Since 2002, the company has not had any negative news that seriously affected its corporate image. The Company formulated the “Response Plan for the Implementation of Negative Reports” and took into account the principle of “unified leadership, graded responsibility, prevention first and timely disposal”, and took precautions to prevent, control and eliminate afterwards.
