为观察血浆内皮素(ET)与小儿肾小球疾病的关系,本文用放射免疫法测定儿童肾小球疾病患者ET水平,结合临床观察,提示肾小球疾病患者ET水平明显高于对照组。且ET的水平与肾脏病的迁延、肾功能的恶化呈正相关,随病情的好转而趋于正常。提示:ET参与肾脏病的发生和发展。ET的测定对肾脏疾病的诊断、疗效观察、判断预后具有重要的临床价值。
To observe the relationship between plasma endothelin (ET) and pediatric glomerular disease, the level of ET in children with glomerular disease was determined by radioimmunoassay. Combined with clinical observation, ET level in patients with glomerular disease was significantly higher than that in control group. The level of ET was positively correlated with the delay of renal disease and the worsening of renal function, which tended to be normal with the improvement of the disease. Tip: ET involved in the occurrence and development of kidney disease. The determination of ET has important clinical value in diagnosis of kidney disease, observation of curative effect and judgment of prognosis.
