房间隔缺损是常见的先天性心脏病之一。近年来,经导管介入治疗房间隔缺损已经作为具有适应证患者的首选治疗方法。然而,封堵术后封堵器表面血栓形成,成为严重威胁患者健康及生命的并发症之一。
Atrial septal defect is one of the common congenital heart disease. In recent years, transcatheter interventional treatment of atrial septal defect has been the preferred treatment for patients with indications. However, the occlusion of occluder surface after thrombus formation has become one of the complications that seriously threaten the health and life of patients.
