我们研制成功适用于8位通用微机、编号为CDM-03,用FORTRAN-80语言编写的自动编程软件,现介绍如下: 一、总体方案 1.功能 (1)得到3B格式加工控制码 CDM-03是会话型软件,操作者只需由计算机键盘作为输入,按照CRT的提示,作简单的判断回答,根据模具图纸送进有限的数据信息,计算机就能立即输出该模具图的数控线切割机床的加工控制码。 (2)该加工控制码可以:①由穿孔机打成纸带码,输入线切割机;②转换成磁带信息,输入线切割机;③直接控制线切割机;④存入磁盘,以便调用。 (3)实现自动绘图 CDM-03中,自动绘图部分的程序用GBASIC编写,和FORTRAN在同一个操作系统下运行,数据文件可以相互传送和利
