目的调查青海高原地区藏族单胎胎儿颈项透明层(nuchal translucency,NT)厚度的正常范围是否存在地域及种族差异。方法选择2012年10月至2015年12月在我科行NT检查、世居于我省3 500 m以上海拔高度的青南地区的藏族正常单胎孕妇412例,年龄19~35(25±2)岁,孕周11~13+6周,胎儿头臀长45~84 mm,孕妇体质量(60±5)kg。签署知情同意书,行产前超声检查,观察胎儿结构及大小是否正常,测量胎儿头臀长及NT厚度。结果纳入研究的藏族单胎胎儿NT厚度测量值正常值参考值95%CI(P2.5,P97.5)为(1.1~3.1)mm,藏族胎儿NT厚度均数为2.1 mm。结论高原地区藏族胎儿NT厚度与平原地区及其他种族间无明显差异。
Objective To investigate the regional and ethnic differences in the normal range of the thickness of the nuchal translucency (NT) in Tibetan singleton fetuses in the Qinghai Plateau. Methods From October 2012 to December 2015, 412 Tibetan normal singleton pregnant women, aged from 19 to 35 years (25 ± 2 years), were enrolled in the NT inspection of our department and lived in the Qingnan area at an altitude of 3 500 m above sea level in our province. , Gestational weeks 11 ~ 13 + 6 weeks, fetal head and hips 45 ~ 84 mm, pregnant women body mass (60 ± 5) kg. Signed informed consent, prenatal ultrasound examination to observe the structure and size of the fetus is normal, measuring the head and hip length and NT thickness. Results The 95% CI (P2.5, P97.5) values of the normal values of NT thickness measurements of Tibetan singleton fetuses were (1.1-3.1) mm and the average NT thickness of Tibetan fetuses was 2.1 mm. Conclusion There is no significant difference in NT thickness between Tibetan fetuses and plains and other races in plateau areas.
