信息化建设是提升中国石化整体管理水平和市场竞争力的重要手段,也是建设具有国际竞争力的世界级一体化能源化工公司的必由之路。根据中石化物装部对企业业务考核要求,结合管道储运有限公司业务需求和特点,建立了MRO综合业务看板平台。通过MRO综合业务看板的建设,管理层能够全方位定量业务统计及绩效信息。MRO综合业务看板同时还支持从流程监控及绩效评价两方面入手,对物资供应各流程环节给予关注;支持业务部门用户快速、高效的发现不规范业务应用问题,并及时进行整改。从而更好地提高了ERP系统MRO模块的业务应用质量,进一步规范了业务操作,提升了ERP系统应用水平。
