一、教师必须转变角色在合作学习中,教师的角色该如何定位?《数学课程标准》明确指出,教师是数学学习的组织者、引导者和合作者。但是在实际教学中,教师往往不能把握自己的角色。在学生讨论时,教师要么站在讲台前,要么轮流转几圈,看看这组,瞧瞧那组,不能把自己融入到学生的学习中,也就不可能成为学生的学习合作伙伴。归根到底还是教师的角色没有发生转变。因此教师要在学生的合作学习中能发挥更好的
