适当简化三辊穿孔机穿孔变形过程(只有轴向和径向应变的平面应变),将穿孔变形区分成4部分,建立各变形区的速度场,用上限法解析各变形区的变形功率,并根据轧制力所做的功率等于各变形区消耗的功率之和求出轧制力。实例说明,对于径壁比大于10.0的薄壁管,采用该方法计算的理论值与实测值相对误差较小,可在实际工程中应用。
