目的:研究阳雀花根提取物对小鼠抗运动疲劳能力的影响。方法:取昆明种小鼠,随机分为空白对照组(给予等体积蒸馏水)和阳雀花根提取物高、中、低3个剂量组(15,10,5 g.kg-1.d-1),分别灌胃给药,15 d后进行负重游泳实验后处死,观察小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原(LG)、乳酸(LA)和尿素氮(BUN)等指标的变化。结果:阳雀花根提取物可明显提高小鼠负重游泳能力,与空白对照组比较,其高、中、低剂量对小鼠负重游泳时间延长率分别是93.24%,109.33%,24.66%;能增加小鼠肝糖原含量,其高、中剂量组糖原恢复率分别为30.33,23.37 mg.(100 g)-1.min-1;能降低血清乳酸和尿素氮含量,减少运动后体内乳酸和尿素氮的生成,并能加速体内乳酸和尿素氮的清除。结论:阳雀花根提取物可明显提高小鼠的耐运动疲劳的能力,具有明显的抗疲劳作用。
Objective: To study the effect of root extract of Yangquefang on the anti-fatigue ability of mice.
