碳水化合物对心血管疾病的影响引起了营养学界的关注。食物生糖指数可反映碳水化合物的性质,食物生糖负荷则可综合反映碳水化合物的质和量。本文就生糖负荷的研究进展及其对心血管疾病影响的近期研究状况作一简要介绍。
The impact of carbohydrates on cardiovascular disease has aroused the attention of nutritionists. The raw sugar index of food can reflect the nature of carbohydrates, and the load of raw sugar can comprehensively reflect the quality and quantity of carbohydrates. This article gives a brief introduction on the research progress of glycemic load and its recent research on the impact of cardiovascular disease.
