The unconsolidated fault deformation products are generally left over from the new activities of faults, and the research on it has an undeniable role in elucidating the structural activities and the mechanism of motion deformation. However, due to the fact that it has not been consolidated, it has brought great difficulties to the sampling (without destroying the original structure) and the grinding of the sheets. To this end, the author refers to a large amount of literature, visited relevant scholars, and repeated experiments and explorations based on this, summed up the following methods: 1. Sample collection: unconsolidated fault products are often dominated by faults (followed by faults Mud as an example). The sampling will not destroy the original structure. To solve this problem, the author uses a moderately sized aluminum box (to facilitate ventilation, the bottom of the box is made with several holes first), knocked into the mud with a hammer, the bottom of the box marked the sample production, and then use a flat shovel from the box mouth Cut the sample box at the top and seal the wax at the top to prevent structural damage due to loss of water or handling, and store in a cool place for curing.
