由于川东北飞仙关气藏具有高压、高含硫、高产量的特点,气田开发对周边的环境和安全存在高风险性。通过设置安全隔离区,进一步保障企业安全生产和当地居民生命财产安全,是落实国家对企业安全生产和环境保护的总体要求,体现了企业的社会责任担当,有利于企业对气田进行安全环保管理。
Due to the characteristics of high pressure, high sulfur content and high yield of Feixianguan gas reservoirs in northeastern Sichuan, the development of gas fields has high risk to the surrounding environment and safety. Through the establishment of safety quarantine zones to further ensure the safety of enterprises and the safety of life and property of local residents, it is the overall requirement for implementing state safety production and environmental protection. It reflects the corporate social responsibility and helps enterprises to manage their gas fields safely and environmentally.
