自主择业军转干部能力和潜质的充分发挥,必须要通过培训加以强化和激发。自主择业安置方式实施10多年来,我国以加强培训促进自主择业军转干部就业创业的工作取得了实效,积累了许多宝贵的经验做法,但仍然面临一些难点问题,亟需加以研究解决。笔者认为,以促进就业创业为导向,有针对性地加强培训,提升自主择业军转干部竞争力、适应力和生存力,进而顺利地实现就业
The full display of the capability and potential of self-relocated military cadres must be strengthened and stimulated through training. More than 10 years since the implementation of the independent job placement, our country has made substantial achievements in strengthening training and promoting employment and start-ups of cadres with independent career careers and has accumulated many precious experience and practices. However, they still face some difficult problems that need to be studied and solved urgently. In my opinion, guided by the promotion of employment and entrepreneurship, targeted training programs should be conducted to enhance the competitiveness, resilience and viability of independent military cadres for career advancement in order to achieve employment smoothly
