本文就2005~2006年从山东引进的半滑舌鳎苗种的养殖概况进行了总结。半滑舌鳎苗种在工厂化条件下,养殖水温16.7℃~27℃,盐度20~25,经9个月养殖雌鱼体重可达500g,养殖15个月时,雌鱼体重可达1500g,雄鱼体重约300~500g。2005年引入的苗种总体成活率达99.6%,2006年引进的苗种养殖成活率为89.8%。购入的全长8~16cm,体重3~20g的半滑舌鳎苗种,经15个月的养殖可达到第一次性成熟。另外,探讨了水温对半滑舌鳎生长的影响和以防为主的疾病防治技术,并对半滑舌鳎全雌鱼养殖及国产化优质配合饲料的生产等方面作了初步的讨论。
This article summarizes the aquaculture profiles of half-smooth tongue gourd species introduced from Shandong in 2005-2006. Under the industrialized conditions, the breeding water temperature is 16.7 ℃ ~ 27 ℃ and the salinity is 20 ~ 25. After 9 months, the females’ body weight can reach 500g. After 15 months of breeding, the females weigh up to 1500g. The male fish Weight about 300 ~ 500g. The overall survival rate of seedlings introduced in 2005 was 99.6%, and the seedling breeding survival rate introduced in 2006 was 89.8%. Purchased full-length 8 ~ 16cm, weighing 3 ~ 20g of the half-smooth tongue pipiens species, after 15 months of breeding can reach the first sexual maturity. In addition, the effects of water temperature on the growth of the halibut glutathi and the prevention and treatment of the disease were discussed, and the preliminary discussion was made on the whole female fish culture and the production of high quality compound feed.
