清末京师法律学堂的建立为中国近代法律教育开启了新的篇章,《京师法律学堂笔记》以学堂所授相关课程讲义为蓝本加以编纂,一定程度上反映了当时法律教育的面貌。原京师法律学堂学员安徽宿松的熊元翰、熊元楷、熊元襄及其他安徽法学社社员为这套丛书的编纂付出了很大的心血。《京师法律学堂笔记》在出版时还遭遇了侵权,几经波折才得以面世。这套丛书在传播新的法律用语、普及基本法律理念和构建近代法学学科体系等方面,发挥了巨大作用。
The establishment of the law school in the late Qing Dynasty opened a new chapter in legal education in modern China. The “Notes on the Law School of Beijing Normal University” was compiled based on the lectures given by the relevant lectures in the schools, to a certain extent, reflecting the appearance of legal education at that time. Former members of the Beijing Law School Susan Xiong Yuanhan, Xiong Yuankai, Xiong Yuanxiang and other members of the Anhui Law Society for the compilation of this series devoted a lot of effort. “Beijing Law School Notes” also encountered infringement at the time of publication, after several twists and turns was available. This series has played a huge role in spreading new legal terms, popularizing basic legal concepts and constructing a modern legal system of law.
