１９９６～１９９７年的试验研究表明，杂交晚稻旱育秧在适宜播种量下，产量与生产上推广的小苗两段育秧相仿，比水育秧增产７．０９％～８．７９％，增产达极显著水平。杂交晚稻协优４６和珍优８８应用旱育秧技术，其适宜播种量分别为每平方米播芽谷１０～１５和１５～２０ｇ，约相当于每６６６．７ｍ２播干种子４．５～６．５ｋｇ和６．５～８．５ｋｇ。
The experimental study from 1996 to 1997 showed that under the suitable sowing rate, the yield of late rice hybrid rice was similar to that of the two seedlings promoted in production, which increased 7.09% ~ 8.79% . The hybrid late rice Xieyou 46 and Zhenyou 88 applied dry-seedling technology. The suitable sowing rates were 10-15 and 15-20g per square meter respectively, about 4.5-6 per 666.7m2 sown seeds. 5kg and 6.5 ~ 8.5kg.
