自从两国关系正常化以来,越南与中国经贸合作已全面恢复并迅速发展。两国间贸易总额从1991年的0.32亿美元上升到2008年的216.59亿美元,增长了近700倍。但长期以来两国在贸易合作关系中存在着贸易不平衡现象,其中越南对中国一直有大量的逆差。而进入21世纪之后尤其是越南加入世界贸易组织三年来,其逆差的增长率还有所增高,这影响到两国贸易的稳定、健康发展。对两国关于越南逆差问题的认识以及越南对中国逆差的状况进行论述,以探讨越南逆差的主要原因。并在此基础上,为两国今后贸易关系可持续发展提供一些看法与建议。 Since the normalization of relations between the two countries, the economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and China has been fully restored and developed rapidly. The total volume of trade between the two countries increased from 32 million U.S. dollars in 1991 to 21.659 billion U.S. dollars in 2008, an increase of nearly 700 times. However, for a long time there has been trade imbalance in the trade cooperation between the two countries, of which Vietnam has been facing a large number of deficits against China. After the 21st century, especially when Vietnam joined the World Trade Organization, its deficit growth rate has also risen. This has affected the steady and healthy development of trade between the two countries. On the two countries on the issue of Vietnam’s deficit awareness and Vietnam on China’s deficit situation to discuss the main reason for the Vietnam deficit. Based on this, we can provide some opinions and suggestions for the sustainable development of trade relations between the two countries.
