针对矿用通风机故障具有不确定性和复杂性的问题,对矿用通风机的故障诊断提出一种基于模糊数学和专家系统的矿用通风机故障诊断系统。通过模糊关系矩阵及隶属函数的设定,实现了模糊理论在风机故障原因与征兆之间的模糊关系的表达。用风机转子的故障实例进行验证,结果表明该系统诊断效率、准确率高,为矿山风机的故障诊断提供了新的诊断方法。
Aiming at the problem of mine ventilator fault with uncertainty and complexity, this paper proposes a mine ventilator fault diagnosis system based on fuzzy mathematics and expert system for the fault diagnosis of mine ventilator. Through the fuzzy relation matrix and the membership function setting, the fuzzy theory is expressed in the fuzzy relation between the cause of the fan failure and the symptom. The fan rotor fault examples are used to verify the results show that the system diagnosis efficiency and high accuracy, the mine fan fault diagnosis provides a new diagnostic method.
