在安防行业中,人才短缺是相对的,存在结构上的差异,但其中中高层管理人才的短缺是绝对的,是一个行业性、系统性问题。鉴于中高层管理人才在企业举足轻重的地位,如何储备、培养与管理这些高素质人才,做到“为我所用、为我所有”是安防企业领导者十分关注的一个话题。本文就中高层管理人才的重要性、中高层管理人才的需求特征及管理难度、中高层管理人才的储备与培养进行逐一分析,希望能够对安防企业领导层有所帮助。
In the security industry, talent shortage is relative, there are structural differences, but the middle and high-level management personnel shortage is absolute, is an industrial, systematic problem.
