目的:研究国产化注射用药用辅料油酸钠的化学成分。方法:采用国产化油酸钠样品,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术和对照品对照对其成分进行鉴定,同时采用峰面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对含量。结果:共分离出12个色谱峰,并鉴定了其中8个化学成分,占归一化法峰面积总量的99.64%。结论:油酸钠中的主要成分鉴定为月桂酸钠、肉豆蔻酸钠、棕榈酸钠、硬脂酸钠、油酸钠、亚油酸钠、花生酸钠、花生烯酸钠。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of sodium oleate for domestic injection. Methods: Domestic sodium oleate samples were used to identify their components by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and reference substance control, and the relative content of each component was determined by the peak area normalization method. Results: A total of 12 chromatographic peaks were isolated and 8 chemical components were identified, accounting for 99.64% of the total area of the normalized peak area. Conclusion: The main constituents of sodium oleate are identified as sodium laurate, sodium myristate, sodium palmitate, sodium stearate, sodium oleate, sodium linoleate, sodium arachidate, sodium arachidonate.
