目的构建体表慢性溃疡伤口清洁换药流程,使体表慢性溃疡伤口换药更加科学、规范。方法成立循证小组,通过检索国内外相关文献,采用Johns Hopkins证据等级与质量评定方法评价文献,同时征询相关临床专家意见,了解患者的需求。结果构建了包含4个项目、14条措施的体表慢性溃疡伤口清洁换药流程。结论基于循证构建的体表慢性溃疡伤口清洁换药流程具有一定的可行性和科学性。
Objective To construct the process of surface cleaning and dressing change for chronic ulcer, so that the dressing change of chronic ulcer on body surface is more scientific and standardized. Methods An evidence-based subgroup was set up to evaluate the literature by searching Johns Hopkins evidence level and quality assessment by searching relevant literature at home and abroad, and consulting the opinions of relevant clinical experts to understand the needs of patients. Results A four-item, 14-item schedule of wound dressing was developed. Conclusion Based on evidence-based construction of the surface of chronic ulcer wound cleaning dressing process has a certain feasibility and scientific.
