从大型履带起重机现场适用性的角度出发,考虑施工安全性和经济性,针对我国第三代核电在建依托项目施工用大型履带起重机的选型、布置与吊装方案进行设计,兼顾了充分利用整机的起重性能及有效降低接地比压,不仅提高了施工效率,也降低了施工成本。研究成果对提高后续AP1000系列核电施工用大型履带起重机的适用性设计具有借鉴意义。
Considering the construction safety and economy from the perspective of the suitability of large crawler cranes, the design, layout and lifting schemes of large crawler cranes used in the construction of the third generation nuclear power projects under construction in China are designed, taking full advantage of Machine lifting performance and effectively reduce the ground pressure, not only improve the construction efficiency, but also reduce the construction cost. The research results have reference significance for improving the applicability of large crawler cranes for the subsequent AP1000 series nuclear power construction.
