随着我国市场经济体制的建立,社会对教育、对人才的需求越来越大,要求也越来越高。高职教育作为高等教育的一个重要组成部分,所培养的学生是否符合社会的需要,是否能成为用人单位的中坚力量,与高职院校的人才培养模式密切相关。本文对近一年时间以来与高等职业教育人才培养模式有关的热点话题和重要会议进行了系统的梳理与概括,并对此进行了深入的分析,以期为高职教育发展提供参考。
With the establishment of the market economy system in our country, the social demand for education and talents has become greater and greater, and the requirements are getting higher and higher.
