目的:建立分离鉴定金钱草中黄酮类成分的微乳薄层色谱方法。方法:以SDS-正丁醇-正庚烷-70%水微乳液作为展开剂,调节含水量及酸度,经聚酰胺薄层层析,分离金钱草中的黄酮类成分。结果:含水量70%(O/W型)微乳液-甲酸(9:1)为展开剂。分离效果及检测灵敏度高,且斑点圆整集中。结论:微乳薄层色谱法适于金钱草中黄酮类成分分离及混淆品的鉴别。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a microemulsion thin-layer chromatography method for the separation and identification of flavonoids in Lysimachiae. Methods: SDS-n-butanol-n-heptane-70% water microemulsion was used as developing solvent to adjust the water content and acidity. Polyamide TLC was used to separate the flavonoids from Lonicera. Results: 70% water (O / W type) microemulsion - formic acid (9: 1) as developing solvent. Separation effect and detection sensitivity, and the spot round set. Conclusion: Microemulsion thin-layer chromatography is suitable for the separation of flavonoids from Herba Annua and the identification of confusions.
