基于CIPP教育评价模式的高职院校专业建设质量管理

基于对CIPP教育评价模式的考察与分析得出,高职院校专业建设质量管理的主要理念包括追求质量卓越和持续改进,质量管理过程由建设计划、实施建设、评估成果、持续改进四个子过程构成。科学规划,稳步推进专业建设质量监控与改进体系建设,完备质量标准文件,和健全质量保证制度能够有效推进高职院校专业质量管理建设。 Based on the investigation and analysis of CIPP educational evaluation model, the main ideas of quality management of professional construction in higher vocational colleges include the pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement, the quality management process consists of four sub-processes: construction planning, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement constitute. Scientific planning, steadily promoting the quality control and improvement system of professional construction, complete quality standard documents and a sound quality assurance system can effectively promote the construction of professional quality management in higher vocational colleges.
