制冷设备是制冷机与使用冷量的设施结合在一起的装置,在化工机械生产中实现某些冷却过程,或者进行空气调节。随着经济的发展,传统的化工机械企业制冷设备调试模式已难以适应新时代的要求,而科学技术的发展为自动化调试管理的发展提供了有利的条件。本文首先论述了化工机械企业制冷设备自动化调试的意义与控制模式,通过实验具体分析了化工机械企业制冷设备自动化调试技术的应用,最后提出了相关配套措施。
Refrigeration equipment is a combination of chillers and facilities that use chilled capacity to achieve certain cooling processes in chemical machinery production or air conditioning. With economic development, the traditional refrigeration equipment commissioning of chemical machinery enterprises has been difficult to adapt to the requirements of the new era. The development of science and technology has provided favorable conditions for the development of automated commissioning management. This paper first discusses the significance and control mode of automatic commissioning of refrigeration equipment in chemical machinery enterprises. Through the experiment, it analyzes the application of automatic commissioning technology of refrigeration equipment in chemical machinery enterprises. Finally, the related supporting measures are put forward.
