随着高校体育课程的不断深化改革,“三基型”、“一体化型”、“并列型”、“三段型”、“三自主”、“五自主”和“分层次型”等教学模式不断演绎发展,就我国目前高校体育教育的现状而言,“三段型”教学模式占较大比重。但是“三段型”教学模式存在一些问题和不足,而西方学者创立的运动教育模式对“三段型”教学模式有着很好的补充和借鉴的作用,本文通过文献资料法和专家访谈法对运动教育模式和“三段型”教学模式的研究分析,对我国目前采用“三段型”教学模式地普通高校提出了几条具有建设性的意见或建议。

However, there are some problems and shortcomings in the “three-stage” teaching mode. However, the sports education mode established by western scholars has a good supplement and reference function for the “three-stage” teaching mode. Through literature and data analysis and According to the analysis and research of the mode of the sports education and the “three-stage” teaching mode by the expert interview method, several constructive suggestions or suggestions are put forward for the common colleges and universities in our country which adopt the “three-stage” teaching mode at present.
