目的确定唐古特红景天药材的最佳提取工艺。方法采用超声、回流、冷浸法,采用L9(34)正交试验法,考察提取温度、乙醇浓度、溶剂量、提取时间4因素对红景天苷、酪醇含量和提取率的影响。结果回流提取为最适提取方法,最佳提取工艺条件为:8倍量50%乙醇80℃提取2次,每次提取1.0 h。结论该研究结果为有效利用唐古特红景天资源及其工业生产提供了依据。
Objective To determine the best extraction technology of Rhodiola rosea Tang Tang. Methods The effects of extraction temperature, ethanol concentration, solvent volume and extraction time on the content of salidroside, tyrosol and extraction rate were studied by using ultrasonic, reflux and cold soak method and L9 (34) orthogonal test. Results The optimum extraction conditions were reflux extraction. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 8 times the amount of 50% ethanol extracted twice at 80 ℃ for 1.0 h. Conclusion The results of this study provide the basis for the effective utilization of the resources of Tanggut Rhodiola and its industrial production.
