目的:研究“消瘤颗粒”对雌孕激素负荷法建立的子宫肌瘤大鼠模型的干预及其作用机制。方法:以雌孕激素负荷法建立子宫肌瘤的大鼠模型,观察消瘤颗粒对模型大鼠子宫病理增生,肌瘤组织中孕激素受体(PR)、雌激素受体(ER)、Bcl-2/Bax表达的影响,从而探讨消瘤颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤的作用机制。结果:消瘤颗粒能抑制模型大鼠子宫平滑肌增生,能显着减少肌瘤组织中ER、PR、Bcl-2/Bax的含量。结论:消瘤颗粒是治疗子宫肌瘤的有效药物,其作用机制可能是通过拮抗子宫肌瘤的增生,减少ER、PR以降低对E、P的敏感性,降低Bcl-2的表达,增加Bax的表达,促进细胞凋亡等,达到治疗子宫肌瘤的目的。
