目的:探讨基于3D打印技术建立急性A型主动脉夹层根部模型对主动脉根部病变诊治的临床意义。方法:根据急性A型主动脉夹层累及主动脉根部的病理解剖情况进行系统分类,归纳总结出7种急性A型主动脉夹层根部模型分型,依次将各分型的256CT增强扫描主动脉断层影像数据导入3D slicer软件进行图像优化、分割及三维重建,经过FreeCAD软件的简化、Blender软件的细节调整及上色预览等步骤,完成7种模型的三维数据重建,最后通过Stratasys Objet J750打印机进行3D模型打印。结果:通过3D打印技术成功重建出7种急性A型主动脉夹层根部模型。模型具有可重复使用、辨识度高、耐久等特点,能够清晰、多维角度展现急性A型主动脉夹层累及主动脉根部的解剖特点及病理改变。结论:3D打印技术可有效重建急性A型主动脉夹层根部模型,为急性A型主动脉夹层根部处理策略及方法提供有力支持。“,”Objective:To explore the clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment of aortic root disease by reconstructing acute type A aortic dissection root model based on 3D printing technology.Methods:According to the pathological anatomy of aortic root involved by acute type A aortic dissection, systematically classifying seven types of acute type A aortic dissection root models. Scanning the tomographic image of aortic root by using 256 CT and importing the scanned data into 3D slicer software for image optimization, segmentation and three-dimensional reconstruction. Then using FreeCAD and Blender software for image simplification, adjustment and color preview. Finally printing the 3D model with Stratasys Objet J750 printer.Results:Seven types of acute type A aortic dissection root models were successfully reconstructed through 3D printing technology. With the characteristics of reusability, easy manipulation, and durability, these models can present the anatomical features and pathological changes of acute type A aortic dissection involving aortic root clearly and multi-angle.Conclusion:3D printing technology can effectively reconstruct acute type A aortic dissection root models, which provides strong support for the treatment strategy and method of acute type A aortic dissection root.
