烧粘土已广泛地被用作水泥原料,对它作较为深入的研究是十分必要的,这次研究是从矿物检定开始研究了它的活性,进一步对烧粘土加入矽酸盐水泥中的抗疏酸盐问题,进行了较为深入的探讨。结果认为在注意矿物成分、煆烧温度以及配合比的情况下,烧粘土亦有改善水泥抗硫酸盐性能的能力,从而打破了以前认为烧粘土不能用于抗硫酸盐环境的说法,有利于更广泛地应用烧粘土。
Calcined clay has been widely used as a raw material for cement, and it is necessary to carry out more in-depth research on it. This study started from the mineral assay to study its activity, and further the resistance of burnt clay to the addition of silicate cement. The acid salt problem was discussed in more depth. The results suggest that the burned clay also has the ability to improve the sulfate resistance of the cement in view of the mineral composition, the calcination temperature, and the blending ratio, thus breaking the claim that the burned clay cannot be used in a sulfate-resistant environment.
