《广州市非机动车和摩托车管理条例(草案征求意见稿)》正在广州市法制办官网公开征求社会意见,针对非机动车和摩托车的生产、销售、供油、通行和停放管理,《条例》首次做出“禁售”、“禁油”、“禁行”、“禁停”、“禁坐”等规定。广州市法制办将于11月1日对《条例》进行立法听证。在各大都市里,非机动车和摩托车是很多人出行的主要工具,其原因主要有两个:一方面,这些车辆价格便宜,多数人都能够承担得起;另一方面,这样的交通工具也更加方便快
