The output functions of regional economic system are principally restricted by the internal structure and external input.The measurement model of regional developmental level(RDL)should be established as timely functions of a series of indexes:(?)According to RDL integrated evaluation coefficients,the 28provinces(including municipalities and autonomous regions)of China can be classified into 3 types--9 developed,6 semideveloped and 13 under-developed provinces.
