目的观察球结膜松弛的临床症状,0.1%爱丽滴眼液对轻度球结膜松弛症治疗的效果。方法选择26例(51只眼)轻度球结膜松弛并有泪溢或干眼等症状的患者系统观察,局部给予0.1%爱丽滴眼液缓解症状。随访2～4个月。结果 51只眼给予0.1%爱丽滴眼液治疗干眼症状改善者42只眼(82.35%);泪膜破裂时间≥10s者46只眼(90.20%);眼表荧光素染色正常者38只眼(74.50%)。结论 0.1%爱丽滴眼液对轻度结膜松弛症所致的干眼症状有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical symptoms of conjunctival relaxation and the effect of 0.1% Aloe eye drops on the treatment of mild bulbar conjunctivochalasis. Methods Twenty-six patients (51 eyes) with mild bulbar conjunctival relaxation and symptoms of diffuse tears or dry eye were systematically observed. Topical 0.1% Aloe eye drops were used to relieve the symptoms. Follow-up 2 to 4 months. Results Eighteen eyes (82.35%) were treated with 0.1% Aloe eye drops in 51 eyes with improvement of dry eye symptoms. 46 eyes (90.20%) with tear film breakage ≥10 seconds and 38 eyes with normal ocular fluorescein staining (74.50%). Conclusion 0.1% Aili eye drops on mild symptoms of dry eye caused by conjunctivochalasis have a good effect.
