房地产在过往一直都是我国经济增长的主要拉动力。但是随着国家对房地产行业监管的不断完善,以及我国国民经济形势下行压力的影响,使得房地产市场不再像以往呈现出高速增长势头。在房地产市场紧缩的情况下,我国房地产企业要想渡过危机,取得进一步发展,就必须要强化内部管理,拓宽管理思路,不断提升企业的市场竞争力。本文就房地产企业的财务管理来进行一些浅显的探讨与分析,并提出一些有建设性的改进措施,以努力提高我国房地产企业的财务管理水平。
Real estate has always been the main driving force of our economic growth in the past. However, with the constant improvement of the supervision of the real estate industry by the state and the downward pressure on the national economy in our country, the real estate market no longer shows the trend of rapid growth as in the past. In the real estate market tightening situation, the real estate business in China want to survive the crisis, to achieve further development, we must strengthen internal management, broaden the management thinking, and constantly enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. This article carries on some simple discussions and analyzes on the financial management of the real estate enterprises, and puts forward some constructive improvement measures in order to improve the financial management level of the real estate enterprises in our country.
