目的 研究褪黑素 (melatonin ,MLT)对庆大霉素 (gentamicin ,GM)耳毒性的拮抗作用。方法 实验分为GM组、MTL +GM组及生理盐水对照组 ,采用豚鼠畸变产物耳声发射 (distortionproductotoacousticemission ,DPOAE) ,观察用药后DPOAE幅值及I/O曲线斜率的变化。结果 GM组用药后 3、4、6、8kHzDPOAE幅值同对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;I/O曲线斜率变小 ,在 4、6、8kHz与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。GM +MLT组用药后各频率段DPOAE幅值 ,与对照组相比无显著性差异 ;I/O曲线斜率无明显改变 ,同对照组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 MLT能有效拮抗庆大霉素的耳毒性作用。
Objective To study the antagonistic effect of melatonin (MLT) on ototoxicity of gentamicin (GM). Methods The experiment was divided into GM group, MTL + GM group and normal saline control group. The distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) was used to observe the changes of DPOAE amplitude and slope of I / O curve. Results After 3, 4, 6 and 8 kHz DPPHE amplitudes in GM group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.01), the slope of I / O curve became smaller, There was significant difference (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in DPOAE amplitudes between the GM + MLT group and the control group. There was no significant difference in the slope of the I / O curve between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion MLT can effectively antagonize gentamicin ototoxicity.
