我国各省、地区都在修建大量的体育设施,加上奥运会留下的部分比赛场馆,全国共有体育场馆85个,其中60多万个在学校,这些场馆设施都存在综合性运动会结束后的运营问题。无论从国家政策、社会需求和自身需要来看,使大学体育场馆商业化、多功能化,为民所用,重视全民健身的实际需求,为广大人民群众提供丰富多彩的文化体育活动,进而使场馆保持良好的运营,收回成本产生盈利,是大势所趋。如果能主动运营,建立和完善大学体育场馆运营管理的规章制度,加强监督和管理,提高体育场馆的经营管理水平,完善激励机制,特别是改变运营观念,实现经营方式多元化,完全可以提高大学体育场馆运行效率,降低运行成本,充分发挥场馆功能,盘活国有资产,收回成本产生盈利。
