事业单位会计财务管理,是一项技术性、政策性以及规范性要求非常高的工作,而高质量和高效益的财务管理,需要靠会计人才以及队伍的建设来实现,因此加强对事业单位中的会计素质与技能培养,具有非常重大现实意义。文章对当前事业单位会计问题进行分析,并在此基础上就如何提升会计素质、打造一支知法守法、懂管理、业务精的爱岗敬业会计人才队伍进行了探讨。
