目的 探讨Bcl 2基因转录表达与肺癌发生、发展的关系。方法 采用Northern印迹杂交方法检测 3 1例肺癌癌组织、癌旁组织、远癌肺组织和 13例肺良性病变组织Bcl 2mRNA表达水平。结果 ( 1)肺癌组织中Bcl 2mRNA表达水平 ( 179.91± 2 5 .0 2 )明显高于远癌肺组织 ( 13 3 .70± 2 0 .45 )和肺良性病变组织 ( 13 2 .5 3± 13 .85 ) (P <0 .0 1) ;( 2 )低分化肺癌组织 ( 193 .0 7± 2 7.98)中Bcl 2表达强度明显高于中~高分化肺癌 ( 113 .46± 2 1.2 0 ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;( 3 )Bcl 2mRNA表达水平与肺癌组织学类型、P TNM分期无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 肺癌组织中存在Bcl 2基因的过度转录表达 ,它可能参与调控肺癌的发生、发展过程
Objective To investigate the relationship between the transcription and expression of Bcl 2 gene and the occurrence and development of lung cancer. Methods Northern blot hybridization was used to detect the expression of Bcl 2 mRNA in 31 lung cancer tissues, paracancerous tissues, distant lung cancer tissues and 13 benign pulmonary lesions. Results (1) The expression of Bcl 2 mRNA in lung cancer tissues (179.91±2 5.0) was significantly higher than that in lung cancer tissues (133.70%±20.45%) and lung benign tissues (132.35%). 13 .85 ) (P <0.01); (2) The expression of Bcl 2 in poorly differentiated lung cancer tissues (193.07% ± 7.98) was significantly higher than that in moderately-differentiated lung cancer (113.46 ± 2 1.2 0). (3) The expression of Bcl 2 mRNA was not significantly associated with histological type and P TNM stage (P > 0.05). Conclusion There is overexpression of Bcl 2 gene in lung cancer tissues, which may be involved in the regulation of the development and progression of lung cancer.
