目的观察术前存在角膜散光的白内障患者进行白内障超声乳化联合植入AcrySof Toric人工晶体后视力、散光及人工晶体稳定性。方法选择术前具有角膜散光(>1.3D，0.05)。术后3月所有患者IOL旋转均<15o。结论 AcrySof Toric IOL对于术前存在角膜散光的白内障患者能有效提高视力，矫正角膜散光，并具有良好的稳定性。“,”Objective To observe the postoperative visual acuity of corneal astigmatismcor ected by AcrySofToric lens implantation,and evaluate the stability of this technique.Methods A total of 30 patients (36 eyes) with preoperative regular astigmatism of 1.3-3.0 diopters (D)wererecruitedinthisclinicalstudy.PhacoemulsificationandAcrySofToriclensimplantationwasperformedonthesepatients. The postoperative IOL position was assessed at 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months.Results At1 days, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months fol owing surgerythe average astigmatism respectivelywas (0.63±0.19) D,(0.61±0.18)D,(0.64±0.17)D and (0.63±0.15)D, and there were no significant dif erences between the time of fol ow-up. The IOL misalignment was less than 15 degrees in al eyes.Conclusion AcrySofToricintraoclular lens was ef ective in cor ecting corneal astigmatism,which improved the postoperative UCVA, cor ected of preexisting corneal astigmatismand showed good stability.
